Meet Brad Dean

Brad Dean joined C.I.A. as a Principal and owner in 2003 after working for Willis, a leading global insurance brokerage. While at Willis, he was a member of their National Healthcare Practice Group and had clients ranging from multi-specialty physician groups to fully integrated hospital systems.

Since joining CIA in 2003, Brad’s solid understanding of risk management and commitment to his clients allows him to provide insurance placement for a variety of industries and service groups, with areas of expertise in developing financial alternatives for large workers’ compensation and casualty programs including captives, complex property solutions, and executive risk/D&O/E&O.

In addition to healthcare, his clients include manufacturing, hospitality, recycling, and professional risks. He is a member of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) and the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM).

A Georgia native, Brad holds a B.B.A. in Risk Management & Insurance (RMI) from the University of Georgia.

He and his wife, Helene, have two teenage sons and most weekends can find them spending time outdoors or cheering on their Georgia Bulldogs. Brad is very active with his son’s Boy Scout Troop as well as a Deacon of First Presbyterian Church in Nashville.
